Access to legal services and other resources.

We connect human trafficking victims & survivors

to free legal representation to address legal barriers

such as: criminal expungements, name changes,

restraining orders, limited criminal charges.

We refer survivor clients to trauma-informed 

pro bono attorneys for complex legal problems including: family law issues, immigration, and civil cases against their trafficker(s) or institutions that facilitated their exploitation.

We coordinate with lawyers in the NSLC network to assist with representation in states beyond Oregon.

We connect trafficking victims & survivors with organizations and resources to help with needs beyond our legal scope, such as housing, mental health care, and other services.
